Conditions were good for the visit of Haddington on Saturday and a large crowd gathered round the pitch to cheer on the teams.
Dalziel from the kick off went on the attack and soon found themselves camped on the visitors line, and on 3 minutes Fraser Stango barged over the line, Robert Simpson converted the score and the home side had a 7 to 0 lead.

On a warm autumn afternoon Dalziel welcomed Ardrossan to Dalziel Park for the first game between the clubs in 3 years. With the teams lying third and fourth in the league this had all the makings of a tight game.

The Heavens opened over Britain this weekend and Motherwell was no exception, as the Dalziel Park surface was subjected to a heavy downpour on & off throughout the afternoon, for the game against Howe of Fife. The Dalziel boys were looking to bounce back after a defeat to local rivals Hamilton last week, and, in relation to league standings it was vital for the Motherwell boys to secure a win.

| On a day best suited to Ryder cup golf the 3s looked to get back to winning ways against Cumnock. With the injury list growing and players unavailable due to work the 3s drafted in under 18 duo Euan Watt and Darren Moon for their senior debuts. Dalziel arrived at Leigh Bent to play the first game on Hamilton's new pitch. It was a perfect day for rugby and both sets of supporters were anticipating a great match. They were not let down by the two sides who from the kick off played a high intensity game

Dalziel hoped to get back to winning ways at home to Musselburgh on Saturday and from the kick off looked as though they had got over the disappointment of last week's defeat.
