Dalziel 1st XV 12 v 23 Greenock Wanderers
Dalziel travelled to Scotstoun Stadium, home of the Glasgow Warriors, to play Greenock Wanderers in the West Regional Shield Final. The winner of this tie would progress to the National Shield Semi Finals in March and a shot at playing at Murrayfield in April.

Early tries secure final spot.
Dalziel welcomed Kilmarnock to Dalziel Park in the Semi-final of the West Regional Shield.

Kilmarnock put the ball out from the kick off, and Dalziel attacked from a lineout. Andrew Davidson plucked the ball out of the air and the forwards set a drive. Dalziel 1st XV 24 v 17 Wigtownshire
Dalziel travelled to Stranraer on Saturday to play Wigtownshire in the first round of the West Regional Shield. Wigtownshire were promoted to West 2 last season and had also been runners up in the National Bowl.

Dalziel started strongly with most of the first 10 minutes being played in the home half, but were falling the wrong side of the ref at the breakdown and starving themselves of continuity...

Dalziel 1st XV 24 v 3 Hillhead/Jordanhill
Dalziel welcomed Hillhead/Jordanhill to Dalziel Park for a rearranged game in BT National League 3.

Dalziel 1st XV 17 v 13 Ardrossan Academicals
Dalziel welcomed Ardrossan Academicals to Dalziel Park for another round of their BT National 3 campaign. Though disappointed by the postponement of the previous week’s match against Haddington, the Motherwell boys were still on a high after their win over Orkney.

Dalziel 1st XV 36 v 19 Orkney
Dalziel welcomed Orkney to Dalziel Park for this crucial BT National League 3 encounter. Dalziel knew a win was vital in their quest to stay in the National Leagues.

Dalziel 1st XV 18 v 27 Haddington
Dalziel travelled through to Lothian to play Haddington in BT National League 3. Dalziel fielded the kick off, and set off up the pitch. The ball went the full width of the pitch twice before Haddington managed to disrupt play, but the referee called things back for a penalty to Dalziel.

Dalziel 1st XV 36 v 12 Orkney
Dalziel welcomed Orkney to Dalziel Park for an early kick off in BT National League 3 match.

Dalziel started strongly, and after a turnover, the ball was released to Ryan Burrell who sent off down the wing. At the break down, Orkney strayed offside, and gave Andrew Glover a chance at goal. The centre stepped up and converted the kick to put Dalziel 3-0 up after 7 minutes.

Dalziel 1st XV 12 v 40 St Boswells
Dalziel welcomed St Boswells to Dalziel Park for the fourteenth round of their BT National League 3 campaign.

Dalziel kicked off, and looked to have won early possession with a turn over, but play was halted due to an offside infringement. This allowed St Boswells the opportunity to move play into the Dalziel half.
