These sessions will take place in Motherwell College on a Wednesday night between 6-7pm and 7-8pm. The workout will be in the format of circuit training and will only take approximately 45 minutes to complete. With the increased in physicality in the leagues this year for the 1sts, 2nds & 3rds, we have designed the workouts to develop the muscles that are needed to play rugby.
With the pre-season games starting in the first week in August it is expected that any player who wishes to play for the 1sts or 2nds should be going through strength and conditioning programs.
