When Gillon Duguid stepped out onto the pitch against GHA on Saturday 15th October 2011, little did he know that after a long and happy career, that it was likely to be his last game for Dalziel Rugby Club 1st XV.
Prior to the GHA game, Gillon had accepted a physiotherapy position in Napier, North Island, New Zealand and he is due to fly out on 28th December 2011.

- Past Austin Recipients Lunch @ Club House, 12:00
All previous Recipients of the Austin Memorial Award are invited to a Lunch at the Club House prior to the home games against Cartha Queens' Park, Hamilton, Dumfries and West of Scotland.
Lunch will consist of homemade Soup and Steak Pie and will be a reasonably £10.
